In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
The insight and foresight of the great founder of the Islamic Revolution, based on the issuance of the order to form the revolutionary institution of selection on the fifteenth of Dey, 1361 (solar calendar), is a blessed tree whose blessings are permanent and continuous.
Undoubtedly, selecting the most righteous and deserving individuals to serve in government agencies is of special importance in line with achieving the lofty goals of the organization, and as the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution has also emphasized, selectors should always consider God in their selection work and, while observing the limits and religious standards, avoid involving personal interests and narrow-mindedness, and seriously consider justice and fairness.
This institution, relying on ethical principles, transparency, and justice, has tried to introduce individuals to the university who are in line with human and university values in terms of ethics, social behavior, and beliefs.
In this path, the university's selection institution has always been a consultative and supervisory arm, carefully reviewing the processes of employment, promotion, and other human resource matters to ensure that all decisions are in accordance with ethical and human criteria.
I take this opportunity to congratulate all committed selectors and dear people on the fifteenth of Dey, the anniversary of the issuance of the historical order of Imam Khomeini (RA) to form the selection, and while commemorating this day and its coincidence with the days of the birth of Hazrat Ali (AS) and Father's Day and the anniversary of the martyrdom of the model of sincerity and action, General Qassem Soleimani, I pray for health and increasing success from God Almighty for the hardworking and compassionate selectors.
It is hoped that the officials and those in charge of this revolutionary institution, under the attention of Hazrat Vali-e-Asr (AS), paying attention to the guidance of the Supreme Leader and acting in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, will be successful in their important responsibility.
May we, by continuing this path, witness the increasing growth of the university and the improvement of its quality in various dimensions and continue our scientific and cultural mission in serving the dear people.
