Message from the Director of the Selection Core of Lorestan University on the Occasion of Selection Day

Behrouz Derikvand, Director of the Selection Core of Lorestan University and Secretary of the Consultation Council of the Selection Cores of Executive Bodies of Lorestan Province, issued a message commemorating the arrival of January 5th (Selection Day), the anniversary of the issuance of the order of Imam Khomeini (RA) to establish the Selection Institution.

According to the Public Relations of Lorestan University, the text of the message is as follows:

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Qualified human resources are the foundation of the success of organizations.

Recruiting specialized, committed, and responsible employees is one of the most important actions of organizations to achieve their goals.

It is obvious that selecting the best and most qualified individuals in organizations, especially in universities, which have a special sensitivity, is of particular importance in line with achieving the goals of organizational excellence.

Achieving this goal depends on the selection and choosing of the most suitable individuals with qualifications that must be accurately selected by the selection authorities so that they can help the organization in achieving its goals in the future and have a special share in the success of the organization.

Certainly, we, as the selection authorities, as the capable arm of the management system, while observing the religious, ethical, human, and legal boundaries and principles, as well as maintaining the secrets and dignity of individuals and avoiding personal interests and partisan tastes, have paid attention to the observance of justice and fairness in the selection of individuals so that neither the rights of the people are violated nor is there any disruption in the performance of the selection system.

The order of the great founder of the Islamic Revolution of Iran to establish the Selection Institution indicates his foresight and attention to the importance and position of selection, which today, considering the sensitivity and critical position of selection in any organization, this is clear to everyone.

I remind you of this statement by the Supreme Leader (may God protect him), who said: "Try to make selection the purification of human resources and the selection of the elite."

I congratulate and congratulate all selectors and respected colleagues of the Lorestan University Selection Core, respected employees, respected members of the faculty, and dear students on the arrival of January 5th, the anniversary of the issuance of the historic order of Imam Khomeini (RA) to form the country's Selection Institution, and I ask God for the success of sincere service and the protection and preservation of the interests of the system for everyone."
