The President: The President holds the supreme authority of national selection and can directly manage national selection affairs or delegate them to another. 2. The Supreme Selection Board: This board is formed by the President in accordance with existing regulations. Its duties include establishing central selection boards in executive bodies, determining selection policies, guidelines, and regulations, as well as reviewing and verifying the qualifications of members, boards, and selection units, and supervising the proper implementation of regulations. The secretariat of this board is located in the Presidential Institution and is administered under the supervision of the Secretary of the Supreme Selection Board, who is responsible for implementing the regulations and decisions of the Supreme Board. 3. Central Selection Boards: These boards are responsible for overseeing and coordinating the implementation of the selection law and related regulations in the bodies subject to the law. Their duties include reviewing at the second stage, establishing selection units, reviewing, selecting, and introducing unit members, etc. The executive affairs of the central board are carried out by the secretariat of this board, which has a responsible person stationed in the headquarters of the organization. 4. Selection Units: Selection units are the primary authority for reviewing the qualifications of employment applicants and other matters mentioned in the selection law. The unit manager is responsible for managing the executive affairs of the unit.
